Project Policy

  • Once your project is started, we will follow it every step of the way. What we know, you know.
  • We will do our best to finish according to the agreed time upon the initiation of the project.
  • We will tell you everything up front. No beating around the bush.

 

Cancellations

We hold the right to cancel any project if:

  • The client does not efficiently respond in a timely manner (without notice):
    • Replying/Answering our team 1 week later
    • We work hard on all projects.
    • We expect clients to respect that as we respect how important their project is.
  • Overusing Resources:
    • Asking for unreasonable amounts of design/programming changes.
    • If requests become unreasonably abundant, this is a means of cancellation.
    • Overusing resources exhausts what the deposit covers.
  • Deposit is non-refundable:
    • The deposit covers the design stage
    • It covers initial work and project setup
    • It is non-refundable.

 

The Process

General Process Outline

Creating your online presence in the worldwide web is a process. It involves the teamwork of at least three main people: the potential site owner, the programmer, and the designer. Listed below is a general guideline of the designers and programmers at ITFBOX. This will help you prepare for the working process ahead in your project.

 

Call or E-Mail

  • First, give us a call or email us.
  • Ask some questions, get to know us, let us connect with you first.
  • The phone call is always free and we are always happy to answer any questions.
  • We can also give you a better Price Quote after knowing your interests.

 

 

Connected? Okay, Let's Start

  • Okay, now that we know each other a little better and we have a general idea of what you need, let's start.
  • Provide the initial deposit: by mail in form of check, direct deposit, or pay online in our online store.
  • Once the deposit is received, we immediately queue your project to start as soon as possible.

 

Project's 1st Stage

  • The first stage to a project is Design processing.
  • Our designs will be ready in 7 to 12 days.
  • Designs will then be email to you in a .jpg format for approval/changes.
  • This takes from 1 - 2 weeks, depending on the amount of changes needed.
  • We don't proceed until you are satisfied.

 

Project's 2nd Stage

  • After the design stage is approved and completed, we move to the Programming stage.
  • This will take anywhere from an extra 1 - 3 weeks depending on complexity of project.

 

Project's 3rd Stage

  • Integration stage, where we combine stage 1 and 2 to create a beautiful functioning website.
  • This is one of the quicker stages taking no more than 1 week.
  • Upon completion of this stage, clients are able to demo the website before release.
  • Clients may request modifications on parts of their website at this stage.

 

Final Stage

  • After approval, client secures final payment.
  • We immediately upload all files to the server and officially release the website
  • Extras: We will then further make submissions to Google/MSN/Yahoo! (If hosted with us)
  • Extras: We will create personal Emails with your own .com (If hosted with us)
  • Extras: We will continue to monitor website securitty. (If hosted with us)
